CHICAGO - Surveillance video showed the aftermath after two teens were shot Wednesday morning on Roosevelt Road, near Western Avenue in Chicago.
The teenage boys ran inside the Big Daddy Food Store on the 3800-block of Roosevelt Road and a clerk tried to help them.
The teens were both being treated at Mount Sinai Hospital. The Chicago Fire Department said both teens are in good condition.
A neighbor heard the shooting, and came out to see what happened.
"You know because it's dangerous, not just for the people participating in it, but for the innocent bystanders, and children, and older people like me. Too many young people have been lost over nonsense," June Walker, a neighbor, said.
The injured teens are 15, and 16 years old.
No one is in custody.
