Mexican Hot Cocoa

Serves 6

  • 4 cup Whole Milk
  • 2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 2 tbs Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Guajillo or Cayenne Chile Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • -In a medium saucepot over medium heat add milk

    -When milk is hot combine chocolate, honey, chile powder and cinnamon

    -Whisk over heat until chocolate is fully melted and incorporated

    -Ladle cocoa into warm cups
