Study: No link between caffeine, miscarriages

Researchers followed the pregnancies of more than 2,000 women who drank about two cups of coffee or other caffeinated drinks everyday. Although more than 200 women miscarried, researchers found no link between caffeine and miscarriages in the early stage of pregnancy.

While small amounts are okay, the study did not look at the effects of large amounts of caffeine, so more research would have to be done to determine if more than two cups a day would be harmful.
