The suspect is described as a black man in his late twenties or early thirties with a mustache, goatee, chipped front tooth and a scar on the right side of his face.
He was driving a white van with a silver horizontal stripe. The stripe is missing in some sections. The van also has a purple-tinted side-rear window.. And the letters GDN appear written in red graffiti.
Anyone with information on this suspect is asked to contact chicago police.
