Blueberry Blast Smoothie

In her new book, The Food You Crave: Luscious Recipes for a Healthy Life, Ellie Krieger presents more than 200 recipes using only fresh ingredients that are simply but scintillatingly prepared. She shares one of her healthy recipes.
  • 1/2 cup nonfat milk
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon honey

    Put all the ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.
