Green tea secret to weight loss?

Drinking green tea might help extra pounds away.

Preliminary tests done on mice show those that ate food laced with green tea extract gained less weight and less fat. There were also less signs of fatty liver disease in the mice and the mice had lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels.

But there is a catch. To get the benefit the mice had, people would have to drink an equivalent of seven cups a day of the tea.
