Prosecutors say 59-year-old Donald Pennington molested two students while working as a special education teacher at Bailly Middle School in Gary during the 2006-2007 school year. The victims told investigators Pennington made advances towards them during tutoring sessions.
Pennington was fired from the school last year. He is currently being held on $90,000 bond.
