Ginkgo doesn't protect from memory loss, study says

Previous research has shown that ginkgo extracts can have slight improvement on blood vessel function and reduce DNA damage in the body. Studies on younger people have yielded mixed results with no clear benefits.

Now, researchers reporting in the journal Neurology say, they are unable to recommend ginkgo supplements at this time for memory protection in seniors. But they do say bigger studies in the future may settle the question once and for all.
