To dine in the luxury, Conrad Chicago will host "Effervescence," a champagne tasting, complemented with light fare, and The Lobby Lounge at Swissôtel Chicago will host a champagne and cuisine pairing dinner. Swissôtel Executive Chef Seargo has designed an array of culinary creations, paired with a Moët & Chandon champagne selection, and guests can pick and choose which of the delicious dishes they would like to purchase. To complement the meal, Angela Roman from The Signature Room will present Toast with Class, a history of champagne, how to select a champagne for any occasion and champagne tips and faux pas.
Leap Day will conclude with a bang - a fireworks display over the Chicago River, at Pioneer Court, at 6:30 p.m.
On Leap Day, they are offering an engagement package called "Take the Leap" where couples can propose. A chocolate ring box and champagne will be provided for couples who purchase the package.
