Police say the teenage boy was found shot to death on the sidewalk.
No one is in custody and the circumstances surrounding the shooting are not yet known.
Police are also looking for the person who shot and killed a 15-year-old girl on the city's West Side Sunday night.
Police say Kedriah Marsh died at Stroger Hospital. No other details on the shooting have been released.
