Coco Pazzo's chef to be replaced

CHICAGO Coco Pazzo announced this week that their chef of 11 years is on his way out. But he's been grooming his replacement.

Tony Priolo has been synonymous with Coco Pazzo for more than a decade. But in a couple of weeks, he'll be leaving to take over the Timo space in west town. In his place will be a veteran of Coco Pazzo cafe who's been getting groomed for the promotion over the last few months. Chris Macchia joined us Friday.
