Chicago connection to Spitzer scandal

According to the Justice Department indictment, about the time New York Governor Eliot Spitzer was romancing someone named "Kristen" in a D.C. hotel, a Chicago connection was beginning to take shape.

On February 22, Client Number Ten requested a date in Chicago. The client wanted the women on March 4, 2008. He wanted a prostitute named Chrissy to be flown in from Los Angeles, and he would pay the additional travel expenses on top of her minimum $5,000 fee.

According to federal agents, Chrissy arrived at O'Hare airport on a United Airlines flight the afternoon of March 4, spent the night in Chicago and left O'Hare the next morning.

Unlike Monday's admission of wrongdoing by Spitzer, who is now widely identified, first by the New York Times, as Client Number Nine, Chicago's Client Number Ten has not been identified.
