CTA looking for 'mystery shoppers'

The Chicago Transit Authority is looking for what they call "mystery shoppers" to help evaluate the quality of service on trains and buses.

Until now, the CTA relied on interns and staff to track accountability and performance. The expanded program is now open to CTA customers.

The agency says it wants riders to get in on the process to help improve customer communication and the overall experience.

The first 1,000 volunteers get a free fare card good for one ride.
