Grace period extended for Naperville red light cameras

Earlier this month, Naperville police installed new red light traffic enforcement cameras at Foothill Drive and Aurora Avenue, as well as 95th and Book Road.

Until now, red light violators were issued warning tickets. A grace period was to end on April 1, but authorities moved it to May first.

Those caught running the red light at either intersection can expect a ticket in the mail. The maximum fine is $100.
