BURNS HARBOR, Ind. --A northwest Indiana man traded in his fatigues he wore in Iraq for a suit and tie at his old job of councilman.Louis Bain was welcomed home in Burns Harbor, Indiana for his first meeting since he was re-elected last year. He was applauded when he answered *here* during a roll call. Bain is a Marine reservist and served three tours in Iraq. The 32-year-old husband and father wasn't going to run for a second term. But relatives and friends helped change his mind. The real nice thing -- it's a small town, so everybody knows everybody. Everybody helps. So it's real great. And it's an honor," he said. Bain was in Iraq when he was sworn into his second term by his commanding officer, who's a notary public.
