Police say they have completed their search and have reopened one building after determining the threat was not credible. Two buildings on the campus had been evacuated Thursday after a bomb threat was received at approximately 2 p.m. Police worked to secure the Telecommunications Building in DeKalb and Health Services building next door, which is now open again.

University officials said there were no classrooms in the two buildings, and school was being held as scheduled.

Details of the threat had not been released, but it came a little more than two months after a gunman killed five students before taking his own life in a lecture hall.
