CHICAGO --Bond is set at $60,000 for a Chicago mother charged in connection with the death of her infant daughter. Prosecutors say 19-year old Rozlynn Rogers watched as her 5-month-old daughter, Makalah, drown in the bathtub of their home. It happened on April 4 in the 7800 block of South Ingleside on the city's South Side. Prosecutors say Rogers told investigators that she let her daughter drown because she didn't want to be a mother anymore. She is due back in court on May 12.
