Firefighters pulled three people from their burning home early Thursday morning. Crews rescued the three from their home at 50th and Winchester. The fire broke out at about 3 a.m.

One firefighter walked around the house as he arrived and saw three people through a window screaming and yelling. He called for help, and firefighters cut the burglar bars from the windows to rescue the three people.

The residents were taken to the hospital in fair condition.

An ambulance rushed the victims to the hospital, but their injuries were not believed to be life threatening.
