Green Living Event Celebrates Second Year in Chicago

For two days, festival goers are invited to enjoy visionary authors, leaders and educators; how-to workshops; delicious organic cuisine and planet-friendly-fun for the entire family. Attendees will explore what's next on the horizon for renewable energy, socially responsible investing, eco-fashions, eco-tourism, green building, green parenting and more. Area residents will have the opportunity to check out what local groups are doing to build cultural bridges to a healthier planet, with access to speak with over 30 local organizations and community action groups. Ride your bike to Green Festival, park it in the Bike Valet, and get $5 off your registration fee. The show is open to the public.
