15 charged with public corruption

Fifteen people, including City of Chicago inspectors, are charged with public corruption. Federal prosecutors are expected to announce the charges Thursday afternoon. They say developers, contractors, city inspectors and other workers gave and took bribes when it comes to zoning and construction permits.
