Eating brisket is actually good for your health. Researchers at Texas A&M University found if can improve your cholesterol.

A study shows fat from brisket contains significant amounts of oleic acid. That's a monosaturated fatty acid which can promote good cholesterol.

Other studies confirm that good cholesterol goes up in men who consume fat high in oleic acid.
