Cook County Board President Todd Stroger is reaching out to northwest suburban communities in Cook County. He's planning a community meeting for residents next week. County officials will talk to residents about a number of services offered by the county for people in the region. It will also give residents a chance to talk to county officials about local and county-wide issues.

The meeting will be held Monday night, June 16, at 7 p.m. at the Harper College Wojcik Conference Center at 1200 West Algonquin Road in Palatine.
