Dozens of west suburban firefighters battled a factory fire in Franklin Park overnight. The fire broke out last night at a metal fabrication company. Crews from seven suburbs including firefighters from Chicago were called into help.

A hazardous materials unit was also brought in because of the chemicals inside the building.

It took crews several hours to finally put out this fire.

"I got up and look out window and saw huge funnel of smoke pouring out of the building," said Cheri Taylor, resident.

No one was hurt.

Officials are investigating.
