- 1 1/2 pounds of Ground Sirloin
- 28 oz Stewed Tomatoes
- 2 - 8 oz can of tomato sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 12 oz of thin egg noodles (cooked to package directions)
- 6 oz cream cheese softened
- 8 oz sour cream
- 3 green onions
Top with your favorite cheese and place in a preheat over of 350 degrees.
Bake until the cheese melts and it begins to bubble (about 15 mins)
Serve with Garlic, French, or Italian bread and a salad.
