Man wants apology from Chicago's top cop

CHICAGO Earlier this week, Chicago police superintendent Jody Weis blamed the family of Josue Torres for putting him in harms way.

Torres was shot in an apparent drive-by shooting earlier this week in the Humboldt Park neighborhood.

Weis says the shooting was drug and gang related.

Carlos Feliciano says his family doesn't have any problems with anyone.

"[It's] just wrong. We're the victims. They should be helping us not torturing us. That's all I have to say," Feliciano told ABC7 Chicago.

Carlos Feliciano was part of a Ceasefire march Thursday night.
