United ends Chicago-Bloomington regional service

United Airlines is ending its regional service between Chicago and Bloomington. The airline says United Express flights from the Central Illinois Regional Airport will be cuts after November 1st.

United Express currently offers three daily 50-passenger flights between Bloomington and O'Hare.

United announced plans last month to trim domestic capacity by 17 to 18 percent.
