Matthew Ristau, 31, is facing a long list of misdemeanors, traffic violations and felonies, including DUI, possession of heroin and aggravated battery to a police officer. He is accused of hitting a Chicago police officer with his car during a traffic stop and then driving the wrong way on the Eisenhower Friday afternoon.
