A defendant appeared to fake a heart attack during his recent trial in Dayton, Ohio. The incident took place on June 26. It was captured on courtroom cameras.

The situation occurred in late June during the trial of Keison Wilkins. The man was acting as his own attorney.

On the second day of the trial, Wilkins--dressed in white suit---grabbed his chest and then collapsed to the floor. Deputies rushed to his aid and he was given extensive medical assistance. However, medical authorities later found nothing wrong with Wilkins!

In the aftermath of the fake attack, the judge scolded Wilkins for his disruptive behavior. After his bluff was called -Wilkins decided to participate in his own trial.

He was convicted of felonious assault and other charges. Wilkins is now serving a 42-year-prison sentence.
