Some people are protesting the new movie "Tropic Thunder" because of the film's use of a word they find offensive. On Friday in Chicago, advocates for people with disabilities rallied outside the AMC River East theater.

They say all people, including those with disabilities, need to be treated with respect and the repeated use of the word "retard" sends the wrong message.

Dreamworks says the movie, atarring Ben Stiller and Robert Downey Jr., is in no way meant to harm the image of individuals with disabilities.
