Dillion's home is on Clark Road next to the parking lot. When police arrived at the home, they say Dillion was disoriented and had several bags of marijuana on her sofa.
Dillion is charged with neglect and drug possession.
Child found wandering, mother arrested
A neighbor found Maggie Dillion's two-year old daughter in a parking lot around 2:30 a.m. Wednesday. That neighbor says she tried to reach the toddler's mother before contacting police.
