A trial date has been set for the second suspect accused in the 15-year-old Brown's Chicken murders. James Degorski is charged with killing seven people at that palatine restaurant back in 1993. He was arrested in 2002.

Friday, a judge ruled that Degorski's trial will begin on April 30.

Co-defendant Juan Luna was found guilty in May and was sentenced to life in prison.

Degorski could face the death penalty if he is convicted.
