  • Butter, Lightly salted room temperature l lb.
  • Garlic, minced (recipe day prep pg. 12) 1 Tbsp.
  • Blue Cheese 12 oz.
  • PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Place all ingredients in the Hobart mixing bowl with the paddle attachment. Mix on speed # 2 for 3 minutes. Scrap down sides and blend for an additional 3 minutes. Place butter on a piece of butcher paper and roll butter into a log that is 1 1/2"-2" wide.

    2. Cover, label, date and refrigerate.
