It's believed carbon monoxide poisoning caused the death of a delivery van driver Wednesday night. The van slammed into some parked cars and burst into flames on the West Side.

The delivery van for Joe's Barbeque contained two 75 pound propane tanks. They didn't explode but may have fueled the fire.

An autopsy reveals the driver died of carbon monoxide intoxication and smoke inhalation. He has not been identified.
