Cucumbers with Yogurt Dip

  • 3/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons chopped chives mint, or parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 5 cucumber slices, about 1/2 inch thick
  • 1. Combine the yogurt, chives, lemon juice, walnuts, and pepper in a small bowl.

    2. Serve the dip with the cucumber slices.
