January 15, 2009 (CHICAGO) --Passengers headed to the East Coast are seeing flight delays at Chicago's O'Hare Airport following a crash landing by a plane in NYC. That plane came to rest in the Hudson River near Manhattan. Officials are still investigating, but it appears a bird strike may be to blame.
