Family Valentine Celebration

February 11, 2009 8:05:59 AM PST
These days, many people will be scaling back their Valentine's Day celebration. Not everyone has the luxury to pay a babysitter and head out with a spouse for a romantic night on the town. So, staying home and cooking with the family may be a good alternative. Mom and Dad can still drink champagne; just add sparkling grape juice for the youngsters. Chef Patrick Sheerin of the Signature Room at the 95th has come up with some recipes to make Valentine's Day a family affair. Even his 5 year-old son Jackson can help prepare a great meal.
