Could apple juice help stop Alzheimer's?

February 3, 2009 Drinking apple juice helps slow the accumulation of the protein fragments that damage the brain in Alzheimer's disease.

The US Apple Association provided partial funding for the research which is published in the Journal of Alzheimer's Disease.
