8 slices of bacon (2 per burger) Rendered - save the fat
5 oz of cambazola cheese -- 1 ½ oz per burger
Arugula, 3 or 4 pieces per burger
4 Pretzel buns
6 onions, caramelized: Take onions, peel and julienne. Then, take fat from rendered bacon, put in a pan and sweat the onion on low heat. Next, when the onion is half done, add 1 cup of pineapple juice and cook onions until lightly brown and sugary sweet.
Next cook the meat until Medium Rare
Add cheese, bacon, arugula, onions, and put on pretzel roll
