The passenger appears intoxicated and did not pay his fare when he got on board. When the man repeatedly ignores the officer's order to get off the bus, it appears the officer throws a punch at the man while yelling at him before other officers arrive to take the passenger into custody.
A spokesman for the Independent Police Review Authority says the agency was anonymously notified about the incident which happened last Friday.
