Linda Pithyou, 29, worked at Lawrence Hall Services which is a not-for-profit treatment center for at risk youth in Chicago.
The Cook County state's attorney alledged that Pithyou had arranged to have sex with a teenage male student in a car.
She was arrested and charged in November 2009, but a jury acquitted her in September 2010. Pithyou had been dismissed from the school after an internal investigation.
