That 2,000 square-foot board has been taken down by Pepsi and the building cited.
A statement from Pepsi in New York says the I-Team report was "a surprise to us." Company officials say they "were assured" all required permits had been filed and approved" by their agency and Pepsi ads are "expected to comply with any and all local ordinances."
