School board president regrets vulgar language

A suburban school board president says he regrets the vulgar language he used in an email. Mark Metzger's message was inadvertently forwarded to the father of a boy who was allegedly the victim of a sexual assault by two classmates.

The father of the Gregory Middle School student appeared before the board recently and has been very critical of the handling of the incident.

The one line email refers to the father in crude language.

ABC7 news partner the Daily Herald reports Metzger says he intended the email to go only to board members.
