A online retail giant is launching a trade-in program for used video games. The new service offered by Amazon.com will let gamers swap more than 1,500 titles for a credit that can be used towards anything Amazon sells.

Amazon is also offering higher trade-in prices than other retailers with similar programs.

To sweeten the deal, Amazon is offering an extra 10 percent discount on games and video game accessories to anyone who uses the service in the next two weeks.
