Man charged in truck driver's death

March 9, 2009 John Gilbert is being held without bond in the Dupage County Jail. He is charged with first-degree murder in the death of Jason Dragos, who was found shot to death in a trucking terminal near Burr Ridge last month.

Dragos, of Highland, Ind., was reported missing by his wife when he did not return home from a seminar at SAIA Trucking. Employees found Dragos' truck in the parking lot and his body was inside the building.

Police are releasing few details about the shooting.
