Calls for judge in Connolly case to resign

March 31, 2009 More than 1,000 people have signed an online petition asking that Judge James Souk "be held accountable" for allowing Michael Connolly, 40, to have unsupervised visits with his sons Duncan, 9, and Jack, 7.

The bodies of all three were found Sunday, three weeks after Connolly failed to return the boys following a custody visit.

Investigators say Michael Connolly apparently hung or strangled himself. They are not saying how the boys died because their mother doesn't want to know.
