Chicago Style Hot Dog

April 8, 2009 Ingredients:
  • 1 Ball Park Angus Beef Bun Size hot dog: grilled
  • 1 Poppy seed hot dog bun
  • 1 Tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon sweet green pickle relish
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped white onion
  • 2 Tomato wedges
  • 1 Dill pickle spear
  • 2 Sport peppers
  • 1 Dash celery salt
  • Directions:

    1. Place hot dog in the steamed bun
    2. Place toppings on the hot dog in the following order: yellow mustard, sweet green pickle relish, onion, tomato wedges, sport peppers, pickle spear and celery salt
