Governor Pat Quinn is promoting a new website that helps government watchdogs crack down on corruption in state government.Quinn says last year the Illinois Whistleblower Act was expanded to include all levels of state government.

As a reward, a whistleblower can get up to 30 percent of the amount recovered from a successful whistleblower lawsuit. Also, the state can recover more money than in the past.
