April 21, 2009 (CHICAGO) --The prosecution has rested its case at the trial of Deputy U.S. Marshal John Ambrose.Ambrose is accused of leaking information in the government's family secrets murder case to members of the mob.
During their case, prosecutors called U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald to the witness stand on Monday. He told the jury how he questioned Ambrose after learning about the leak.
The first defense witness was called to the stand late Tuesday afternoon.
