Former Governor Rod Blagojevich is back from his trip to Los Angeles and back on the radio in Chicago. He was the guest of WLS-AM's Don and Roma on Monday morning.

Blagojevich says he will not defy a judge's ruling that prohibits him from traveling to Costa Rica for the reality TV show "I'm a celebrity get me out of here."

"I don't consider myself a celebrity. I'm a guy who used to be governor. I am now fighting to clear my name against false accusations which I am going to do an opportunity presented itself where I can earn some money and do something different which was actually kind of fun," said Blagojevich.

When asked about his future in politics, Blagojevich would only say he continues to see himself as an advocate for children and families.
