The Chicago Transit Authority is testing shields to protect its drivers from crime.Plastic barriers have been placed in more than 500 buses so far.

Some drivers say they don't like the shields because they interfere with air circulation and limit their movement.

Transit officials want to conduct rider surveys to get feedback before deciding whether to install the shields on all of its buses.
